I LOVE your writings.
That’s all.
Hi Andries,
Have you seen this: http://www.zeleza.com/esymposium-volume-and-section/volume-3/vol-3-presentation? (More on *District 9*)
Best,

Hi Andries, very impressed to read your blog. I never knew you were such a fine writer, great stuff brother! I note that Ursula Le Guin herself commented on your blog on Avatar… !
I don’t really “post on the people blogs”, BUT, mate, your writing is just “off the charts” amazing, and I couldn’t help my self not to praise it! Keep up an excellent work.
Avid follower of your reviews. Cant wait for you to see The Road. I read the book and the movie is coming out here in Nederland today.
Spread your reviews on my facebook and Twitter and of course everyone is thrilled to read what you have to say.
Looking forward to more.
Kind regards
Michele
I would be interested in hearing your views about Inception…
Hi Remy… I thought it was a terrible movie! Implausible, contrived, pompous and boring. And not really worth reviewing here in my view…
Just to let you know that I too hated Inception. This is what I wrote about it on my facebook status after seeing it.
Ugh… if I could purge my brain right now, I would. Just came back from seeing Inception. It is a nauseating combination of violent video-game like action mixed with teenagey “what if we’re all in a dream that is being dreamed by someone that is being dreamed by someone that is being dreamed by someone” pseudo-deep …speculation. I want those hours of my life back.
Bwahahaha…. how they say in the Old Country? I feel ya.
😎
lekka ! more please…
Andries, you were absolutely correct in your claim of Cameron using Roger Dean with no credit, and you’ve been vindicated.
From the BBC News website today, Roger Dean sues James Cameron over Avatar: http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/entertainment-arts-23117197
Interesting. I wonder how the judgement will go. ..
